Qualifications
For the past year Jim has been consistently attending Rains County Commissioners Court meetings to educate himself on county policies, procedures, budgets, and the issues impacting our community. He believes informed leadership is essential, and I have taken the time to listen, learn, and understand the needs of the people he hopes to serve. This is a serious decision for every voter in Precinct 2, and it is one he does not take lightly.
